Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
During peak periods — such as major sales events and the holiday season — processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed of any notable delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and run from the date of shipment. Once your package is with USPS, delivery is subject to their network and any carrier-side delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow a little extra time — USPS occasionally takes a day or two to scan packages into their system.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Please note the following before placing an international order:
- Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Delivery Times: International orders typically take 14–30 business days depending on destination and customs clearance times.
- Tracking: Tracking visibility may be limited once your package leaves the United States.
If your country is not available at checkout, we're not yet able to ship there — but we're always working to expand our reach.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [help@petzly.co] and we'll do our best to make it right before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Waiting 24 hours — USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered slightly early
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
